June 15th, 2023
Firefly Resort – Fredericksburg opens to the public. Landstar officially manages 234 properties and this resort.
November 1st, 2023
Landstar opens our second resort - Riverwalk Resort, Bandera, TX. The rental pool swells to 345 homes and RV sites.
January 2024
Landstar Management Holdings is born.
May 18th, 2024
The third resort opens and Firefly expands to the coast of Texas. Firefly Resort - Coastal Bend is born.
May 23rd, 2024
In less than one year of opening to the public, Firefly Resort – Fredericksburg wins #1 Best Luxury RV resort in Texas and #3 in the country on USA Today’s 10Best Reader’s Choice awards for Best Luxury RV Resorts in the USA.
June 1st, 2024
Sunlight Resorts partners with Landstar Management to expand into Florida by managing The Resort at Canopy Oaks, Champion’s Run Resort, and Palm Breeze Resort. The rental program swells to 1,748 properties.
August 1st, 2024
Landstar Management partners with Arch Ray Resort, Fredericksburg, TX to oversee Arch Ray on the River and Arch Ray RV Resort. The rental program expands to 2,066 homes, casitas, cabins, and RV Sites.
October 1st, 2024
Landstar Management expands to East Texas and opens Twin Lakes Resort growing the rental program to over 2,200 vacation properties and 8 resort operations.
Summer 2025
Arch Ray, Palm Breeze, and Firefly Resort - Fredericksburg finish construction in all phases and officially open all final phases to the public. All 8 resorts are now fully operational and the rental program includes 2,356 vacation properties. Over 550M in assets under management are complete.
Six additional resorts are under contract or construction with expansion plans to the central and southern Mid-west are underway. The assets under management will exceed 1.1B across 3,600 vacation properties in a multitude of states by 2026.

In Firefly Resort – Fredericksburg’s second full year of being open, it has garnered further attention by climbing to the #2 Luxury RV Resort in the USA per the USA Today Best Luxury RV Resort’s poll. This cements Firefly Resort – Fredericksburg as the top luxury RV Resort in Texas for the second year in a row.
In less than one year of managing The Resort at Canopy Oaks, Landstar Management has thrusted this resort to #3 Luxury RV Resort and #2 in the state of Florida per the Top 10 Luxury RV Resorts poll conducted by USA Today.
